Return Process

  Log into your Vesa Beauty account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals and applicators are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
